Contract Growing

ONL is built to propagate large numbers of plants at extremely competitive rates. This is a good reason to get in touch with us if you need a large amount of plants grown and know when you need them.
As we negotiate the requirements of the contract we will do our best to offer you a product and price to be proud of.
The best thing you can do is get in contact with us if you wish to pursue contract propagation. Your best bet is to talk to the manager Kevin Fearn who will see you though the contract process.

Conditions of Sale

  • All prices quoted are exclusive of G.S.T.
  • Freight is paid by the customer.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices are quoted as at 21st January 2006 and replace all previous price lists.
  • Overdue accounts will be charged at 2% interest per month. All costs incurred in the collection on any outstanding accounts shall be payable by the account holder.
  • The purchaser gains full responsibility of all plants once placed on any form of transport. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be directed to the carrier
  • All goods remain property of Oregon Nurseries Ltd until payment has been received in full.
  • Payment of all accounts is due on the 20th of the month following delivery.
  • No order is final until Oregon Nurseries Ltd has sent confirmation.
  • All produce listed are ready for dispatch and will be sold on a first come first served basis subject to shortages beyond our control.
  • Oregon Nurseries Ltd take care to have all plants sold by them to be true to their name and description, to the best of their knowledge, but any express or implied condition, statement or warranty, arising by statute or common law or otherwise, as to growth, description, quality or productiveness, is hereby excluded and Oregon Nurseries Ltd will not undertake to replace failures or be responsible for the plants supplied.
  • Any complaints or shortages must be lodged within seven days upon receiving the goods. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be directed to the carrier.
  • All goods are dispatched at the buyers' risk. Oregon Nurseries Ltd shall not be liable for any loss caused by late delivery of the plants because of crop failure, disease, Government or local authority regulation or order, Act of God, or Negligence of the Supplier and its servants
